'Real Housewives' Alum Reveals Her Relationship Ended: 'I Really Enjoy Being Free'
The "Real Housewives of New York City" alum confirmed she went through a breakup in 2024 during a podcast episode.
“Real Housewives of New York City” alum Carole Radziwill confirmed she went through a breakup in 2024.
During a December 2024 appearance on the “Deux U” podcast, Radziwill shared that she was single at the time of recording. According to Radziwill, she “recently got out of a relationship with a great guy,” who she did not name. She said they ended their private relationship for several reasons. For one, the former couple lived in separate countries.
“He was in London. I’m here [in New York],” said Radziwill during the interview.
While recording the podcast, Radziwill said she enjoys being single.
“Ultimately, I really enjoy being free, whether that means single or not. I’m more into my authentic self, this overused word, when I’m free,” said Radziwill.
Radziwill also said she is unsure if she will embark on another relationship.

During the “Deux U” podcast episode, Radziwill noted that her past three “serious relationships” have been “with younger men.” She also said she is not fond of the term “courage.”
During her time on RHONY, Radziwill received criticism from her castmate Luann de Lesseps for dating Adam Kenworthy, who was younger than her. Kenworthy had previously had a romance with de Lesseps’ niece.
While recording a 2021 episode of the “Behind the Velvet Rope” podcast, Radziwill said she and Kenworthy tried to not let negative comments about their relationship affect them.
“We didn’t care, Adam and I, because off camera was our relationship, right? What they were chatting about — and Luann continues to chat about was ridiculous, was irrelevant to us,” said Radziwill during the podcast interview. “But ultimately we were together about four years, three or four years. And it does weigh on you. It’s hard to have a relationship and show it on the show. And like, have the show not like impact the relationship.”
Radziwill also shared that she and Kenworthy remained friends, despite their 2017 breakup.
“We had a great run for the time we were together and we’re friends now. He was someone in my life at the time, when he was exactly what I needed. And I was to him. And it just really worked,” said Radziwill.
