'THEY KNOW SHE'S CONNECTED TO ME!' Cardi B Slams Correctional Facility For Mistreatment Of Her BFF Star Brim
Cardi B is not holding back on the correctional facility where her best friend is held after accusing them of mistreatment.

Cardi B is fed up!
The Bronx native recently took to her Instagram story to blast a correctional facility in West Virginia. The facility is where her best friend Star Brim is doing time. Cardi B accused The Federal Correctional Institution, Hazelton of withholding Brim’s mail and not turning the heater on in the cells.

Brim, who is doing a year-long sentence for a RICO charge, can’t get in touch with her case manager.
Then, the “Enough” rapper wrote, “Hazleton female correctional facility in west Virginia needs to be under investigation, they been playing with my friend star mail, which right there is a federal offence she hasn’t gotten mail since novwhich makes no sense.”
“They don’t be having heat in the rooms for the inmates, and it’s below 0 degrees,” the mother-of-three said. “Then on top of that she wrote the administrator Mrs. Parrigan and wrote the unit manager Mr. McCall and they both have ignored her when she’s trying to talk to them about her halfway house n her mail!”

Additionally, Brim has been having a hard time getting in touch with her case manager due to their absence.
“He been gone a whole month and no can tell her when hes coming back,” she said.
“Imagine how many other inmates they doing this too.”
Cardi B seems to think part of Brim’s mistreatment stems from the fact that she is friends with Cardi. “I hope yall see this or someone who knows them see this cus if she’s trying to speak to yall about her outdate why are yall ignoring her THEY ALL KNOW SHES CONNECTED TO ME AND I FEEL THEY DOING THAT TO BE SPITEFUL WHICH IS F-CKED UP!

Brim, whose real name is Yonette Respass, was charged with criminal activities tied to the notorious 5-9 Brim Bloods gang. Known as the “godmother” of the gang, Brim held the highest rank among female members. She faced serious charges, including participation in a racketeering conspiracy and ordering a slashing.
Following her one year and one day prison sentence, Brim will have three years of supervised probation.
Brim started her sentence on September 20, 2024.
