This Morning's Cat Deeley sparks uproar with four-word comment about death
On Monday's This Morning, hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley were bringing ITV viewers the latest headlines with guests Gyles Brandreth and Vanessa Feltz.
Things took a slightly awkward turn during Monday's instalment of This Morning after Cat Deeley made an unusual remark to Gyles Brandreth.
During the ITV show, Ben Shephard informed viewers Gyles was slightly sleep-deprived after returning back from America on Sunday.
As Gyles revealed that he went on to perform onstage after landing in the UK only hours before, he commented: "It teaches me that maybe you only need two or three hours sleep after all."
While Vanessa Feltz and Ben highlighted that sleep deprivation will eventually catch up, Car remarked, "He'll sleep when he's dead." However, her comment caught her co-stars slightly off-guard.

"But, you're so tired you can't enjoy a single minute of it."
Agreeing, Ben said: "That's the thing, it's going to catch up with you at the other end."
