The latest episode of Tyler Perry’s Sistas picks up right where it left off—when Agent Watt confronted Zac and Fatima at their home, questioning them about Gary. Last week, Watt visited Gary in the hospital and showed him photos of people from his past. Gary freaked out when he saw Zac and Fatima, recalling that Fatima had threatened his life multiple times. He also remembered his past issues with Zac. Agitated and confused about why so many people seem to dislike him, he began to spiral. Maybe the amnesia is real. It’s still hard to believe, but regardless, Watt’s tactics are questionable.
Eventually, Watt discovers the suspect board that Zac and Fatima have been working on—a development that actually works in their favor. After all, why would they be investigating so intensely if they were guilty? Watt even acknowledges their efforts, sarcastically complimenting them on a “good job for amateurs.” But just as quickly, he switches back into full-on jerk mode, giving them a 24-hour deadline to find some answers.

Meanwhile, if you watched last week, you’ll remember that Marie Willis stopped by Andi’s place to deliver a much-needed reality check. She urged Andi to get her act together, reclaim her job at the firm, and generally get a grip on life. When it became clear that Andi’s entire friend group was also in turmoil, Marie ordered her to call in the troops—because something’s gotta give.
Before the crew meets up, we catch up with Danni and Tony at their HR meeting. Someone filed a complaint accusing Tony of favoritism for arranging Danni’s acceptance into the leadership development program after the submission deadline had passed. Tony admits to pulling strings but insists it was because Danni genuinely deserved a spot. Danni remains mostly silent during the discussion, while the HR representative informs them that an investigation is underway and she’ll follow up soon.
Elsewhere, Sabrina is still dealing with the disappointment of Rich being unable to donate sperm. The reporter who originally stepped up to help is still willing to move forward with the donation. Meanwhile, Karen is on bed rest per her doctor’s orders, but that doesn’t stop her from answering Andi’s call and showing up when needed.
Back at Andi’s place, Karen, Sabrina, Danni, and Fatima rally around their friend. But Marie isn’t about to let them off easy—she gives each of them a much-needed dose of tough love.
She tells Sabrina not to let her setback with Rich derail her dreams of motherhood. She advises Karen to focus on raising her child on her own terms and not to put her faith in men. That’s when Karen finally admits the obvious—she’s developing feelings for Aaron again. Marie responds bluntly: If Aaron reciprocates those feelings and treats her well, she should consider the relationship if it’s what she truly wants.
Fatima raises a valid point—why should they take advice from Marie when she’s been through three divorces? Marie’s response is perfect: Because she’s older, been there, done that, and has the wisdom they don’t.
Marie is direct but surprisingly compassionate. When she turns to Danni, she praises her for seeking therapy and getting help for her panic attacks, encouraging her to stay committed to the process because she’s worth it.
Her overarching message? They’re all irreplaceable, and they’re stronger when they stand together as sistas. She reminds them that while they deserve rest, they shouldn’t give up the fight. In other words—kick butt and take names.
Finally, she delivers an ultimatum to Andi: She has one week to get her job back at the firm. If she doesn’t, Marie will take her business elsewhere and let everyone know that Andi is a pushover who folds under pressure.
And with that, we’ll be back next week.
