The Tennessee Titans?
They have the first pick in the draft.
Both teams have been linked and rumored to the four-time MVP, but neither have hinted at their decisions surrounding the quarterback position.
Rodgers is coming off a 5-12 season with the New York Jets, bringing an end to a disappointing two-year stint in the Big Apple.
His raw numbers - 3,897 passing yards and 28 passing touchdowns against 11 interceptions, with a 63% completion percentage and 90.5 rating - were good.

Will year two post-Achilles tear improve his play?
Possibly.
But being on the wrong side of 40, this may just be who Rodgers is now.
