BBC Towards Zero fans say same thing as they fume over series
BBC viewers have been left unimpressed by the series Towards Zero, which is based on an Agatha Christie novel

The second episode of BBC One's three-parter, Towards Zero, aired tonight (March 9), and viewers were unimpressed, with a consensus forming around its lacklustre pace.
Dissatisfied fans took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to voice their complaints about the show's slow nature.
One viewer quipped: "So thrilling, that even the detective is drifting off mid-interviews #TowardsZero."
Another displeased audience member remarked: "Can only hope once the murder happens that everything we've had to sit through already is incredibly important and relevant because my, my, this is quite the Sunday night slog #TowardsZero."
A frustrated fan commented: "Sigh. This is why you don't stretch Agatha Christie into 3 hours because you get a bore-fest. 90-120 minutes is perfectly fine for any of her books #towardszero," reports the Mirror.
One more chimed in: "#TowardsZero on @BBCOnehas got to be the slowest thing I've ever seen, Agatha Christie must be spinning."

The ITV Marple version was much better than this stylistic but ultimately staid adaptation."
Another critical viewer said, "The actors must have had a lot of laughs filming this drivel! #TowardsZero."
Nonetheless, the episode did find some favour, with someone appreciating the intensified drama: "Tonight's episode of #TowardsZero intensified in a good way. It's become more interesting and quite dark."
The plot centres around British tennis ace Nevile Strange, depicted by Oliver Jackson Cohen, and his former spouse Audrey (played by Ella Lily Hyland), who quite remarkably choose to share a summer at their Devon home, Gull's Point, after their notorious divorce.
As the narrative unravels, a fiery "explosive love triangle" coupled with a "deadly web of jealousy and deceit" unfolds, ultimately leading to a murder at the seaside dwelling.

The stellar ensemble also features Oliver Jackson-Cohen as Neville Strange and Anjelica Huston as Camilla, Lady Tressilian. Jackie Clune plays Mrs Barrett, Grace Doherty plays Sylvia, and Jack Farthing plays Thomas Royde.
Clarke Peters dazzles as Mr. Treves, Matthew Rhys slips into the role of Inspector Leach, and Anjana Vasan appears as Mary Aldin. Alexander Cobb, Khalil Ben Gharbia, and Adam Hugill round out the impressive cast for Towards Zero.
