BLACKPINK singer Lisa has dropped a new single titled âBorn Againâ in collaboration with Doja Cat and RAYE.
The new song, alongside its accompanying music video, was released on February 6, marking the Thai K-pop idolâs first release of 2025. âBorn Againâ features rapper Doja Cat and vocalist RAYE, who also appear alongside Lisa in the music video.
âIf you stayed just another few nights / I couldâve made you pray to Jesus / Wouldâve showed you to the light (To the light) / Every single night (Every night) / To be born again, baby, to be born again,â Lisa and RAYE harmonise on the chorus.

âBorn Againâ marks the fourth track lifted from Lisaâs upcoming debut solo album, âAlter Egoâ, due out in full on February 28. It marks her first solo effort since she and the rest of BLACKPINK opted not to renew their solo contracts with longtime label YG Entertainment. She would later launch her own label, LLOUD, in February 2024.Â
âAlter Egoâ was first announced in November 2024, after she spent the year dropping three singles â âRockstarâ, âNew Womanâ featuring RosalĂa and âMoonlit Floorâ â all of which will appear on the record. âAlter Egoâ will mark her first full body of work under LLOUD, in partnership with RCA Records.
âNew Womanâ was named by NME as one of the best 25 K-pop songs of 2024. âFrom the charismatic RosalĂa feature to the artful airiness of the pre-chorus, âNew Womanâ has a lot going for it â all which comes together effortlessly as one of the most intoxicating fares of the year,â writes NMEâs Mika Chen.
