BLACKPINK's Lisa on 'The White Lotus' acting debut: "I didn't know what to expect on set"
BLACKPINK's Lisa shared in an interview for 'The White Lotus' season 3 premiere the anxiety she felt while on set filming for the series for the first time.
BLACKPINKâs Lisa has opened up about her first time as an actress on the set of The White Lotus season 3 at its premiere.
The Thai K-pop idol was interviewed by Variety while at the premiere held at Paramount Studios in Hollywood on February 10, where she shared the anxiety she felt being on a set for the first time.

âIt is my first acting [experience] so I donât know what to expect on set, but everybody just being so supportive helped me a lot. So thank you, everyone,â she told the outlet, before recalling her rocky first day filming for the series. âIâm so nervous. I was sweating. I was like, âI canât remember my lines.â Iâm blanked.â
Lisa also revealed that she had shared her previous single âRockstarâ and its music video with her The White Lotus co-stars before it dropped, which she said was a result of the setâs âsupportiveâ environment. âWeâre just sharing what we do,â she said. âAll of them are so supportive.â
Elsewhere in the interview, Lisa mentioned that she â[doesnât] know what to feel right nowâ with the season premiere approaching on February 16. âIâm just so excited. I canât wait for all of you guys to watch this show,â she told the outlet.
Lisa most recently dropped a new collaboration single with Doja Cat and RAYE titled âBorn Againâ, marking the fourth track lifted from her upcoming debut solo album âAlter Egoâ so far. The record is due out in full on February 28.
âAlter Egoâ was first announced in November 2024, after she spent the year dropping three singles â âRockstarâ, âNew Womanâ featuring RosalĂa and âMoonlit Floorâ â all of which will appear on the record.
