This move quickly went viral on social media. V and Rosé rarely interact publicly or support each other’s work, making this update particularly intriguing. Moreover, V has been linked in dating rumors with Jennie, Rosé’s BLACKPINK bandmate, while Rosé herself has faced speculation about a romantic connection with BTS’s youngest member Jungkook.
During the promotion of her debut solo album “rosie”, Rosé revealed that her songwriting was inspired by a toxic ex-boyfriend. Some fans speculated that Jungkook might have been the inspiration, leading to him being targeted by Rosé’s extreme supporters. As a result, V’s direct sharing of a song from Rosé’s album inevitably sparked speculation and debate.
However, many fans urged others not to overanalyze the situation. Alongside Rosé’s track, V also shared songs by artists such as SZA, Mk.gee, the late Mac Miller, Kim Feelsun and Dijon. Fans argue that this playlist simply reflects V’s current music preferences, and as colleagues, it’s perfectly normal for him to share and support Rosé’s music.
