Get ready for Jun Ji Hyun and Kang Dong Won's upcoming drama Tempest!
On January 7, Disney+ gave a sneak peek of its upcoming drama lineup for 2025 including Tempest.
“Tempest” follows the story of Moon Ju (Jun Ji Hyun), a diplomat who has built an international reputation as a former ambassador to the United States, as she chases after the truth hidden behind an immense case along with San Ho (Kang Dong Won), a special agent of an unknown nationality.
Jun Ji Hyun will play the role of Moon Ju, who has gained great trust in the international community through her insightful judgement and actions.
Kang Dong Won will be taking on the role of the mysterious San Ho, a former top-tier international mercenary whose nationality and past are all hidden behind a veil.
Tempest further boasts a star-studded cast including Hollywood actor and “Star Trek” star John Cho, who will play the U.S. Deputy Secretary of State, starring in his first Korean original series.
Along with new stills, Disney+ also previewed its upcoming drama lineup through a jam-packed teaser. In the short but impactful clip, San Ho answers a phone call and mysteriously states, I'll take care of her. Moon Ju remarks, Can you understand that I am the boss and follow my commands no matter what?
