Watch : Grammys 2025: Miley Cyrus Wins Country Award Before Dad Billy Ray Cyrus

Miley Cyrus is making Billy Ray Cyrus proud, even from afar.

The "Flowers" singer won her third Grammy for Best Country Duo/Group Performance with BeyoncĂ© for their song “II Most Wanted” at the 2025 Grammys, and her dad—who is at the center of an ongoing Cyrus family rift—took to social media to congratulate the duo on their big win.

"Congratulations @mileycyrus and @beyonce on their well-deserved @recordingacademy Grammy wins!" he captioned a Feb. 2 Instagram post of a graphic of the two artists. "Couldn't be prouder!!!"

While she didn't comment on the post, Miley did "like" it.

The Hannah Montana alum—who has yet to publicly address brother Trace Cyrus' message of concern for their dad—attended the 67th annual awards show alongside her mom Tish Cyrus and her boyfriend Maxx Morando.

During the ceremony, Miley presented the award for Record of the Year—which is one of the two Grammys she took home last year for "Flowers"—and celebrated her win with a shoutout to BeyoncĂ©.

Grammys 2025: What You Didn't See on TV

"Good evening, Grammys!" the 32-year-old said as she took the stage in a custom Alaia gown and pointed into the crowd. "We won, Beyoncé!" In video shared on X (formerly Twitter), the "Texas Hold 'Em" singer could be seen smiling and waving at her collaborator as she hugged Alicia Keys.

A few seconds later, as Miley opened the envelope to announce the winner, she joked, "Even if it's not you, Beyoncé, I might just say it is." (Spoiler: Kendrick Lamar won for "Not Like Us. See all the winners here.)

The Last Song actress stepping out on music's biggest night with Tish hammered home the mother-daughter duo's united front and represented a full-circle moment when it comes to Miley's now Grammy-winning song, "II Most Wanted."

“I wrote that song, like, two and a half years ago,” she told W Magazine in June. “My mom would always go, ‘I love that song so much.’ So when BeyoncĂ© reached out to me about music, I thought of it right away because it really encompasses our relationship.”

“I told her, ‘We don’t have to get country; we are country. We’ve been country,’” Miley continued. “I said, ‘You know, between you being from Texas and me being from Tennessee, so much of us is going to be in this song.’ Getting to write a song, not just sing, for BeyoncĂ© was a dream come true.'”
