Blue Ivy Carter attended the 2025 with her mom, Beyoncé. And when I spotted her in the audience, I did a double take—because she is looking so grown-up!
The actress and singer wore a sophisticated cobalt blue sleeveless gown with a pointed princess neckline and diamond jewelry to the ceremony, while her mother wore a sleeveless embroidered dress by Schiaparelli Haute Couture.

Fans were quick to point out just how grown-up the 13-year-old Blue Ivy is looking. "She looks like she’s a 20 + year old," one wrote on X. Another wrote, "Blue Ivy looks more like @Beyonce than Beyonce looks like Beyonce tonight. #Grammys2025."
And Blue Ivy doesn't just look all grown-up—apparently, she acts it, too. Fans noticed that when Beyoncé was announced as the winner of Country Album of the Year, it was Blue Ivy who encouraged her startled mother to get out of her seat and accept the award. One fan joked, "Beyoncé’s manager Blue Ivy Carter steps in yet again."

Blue Ivy has been slowly and steadily building a career in the industry over the past few years. In 2024, she starred in Mufasa, the live-action prequel to The Lion King.
According to Shaboozey, who collaborated with Beyoncé on a few songs in her latest album, Cowboy Carter, Blue Ivy is also a musical "visionary." Not only did she join her mother on stage for a number of her Renaissance tour shows, she is also apparently involved in the music- making process.
“Blue's giving notes,” Shaboozey said to E! News at the Grammys. “She's giving notes, She's a young director. Young visionary. young filmmaker. I can see it 'cause I direct, too."
