MAMAMOO’s Hwasa, Lee Joon, and Lee Mujin will be appearing on “Amazing Saturday” for its BFF special!
On November 16, the popular tvN variety show aired a sneak peek of its upcoming episode, which will feature the three stars as guests.
In the newly released preview, each of the guests introduces themselves as a BFF of one of the cast members. Lee Joon, who recently joined the cast of “2 Days & 1 Night Season 4,” describes himself as Moon Se Yoon’s BFF. When Park Na Rae asks doubtfully if they’re really best friends, Lee Joon playfully retorts, “Out of everyone here, I think we’re the closest.”
Later, Lee Joon expresses confidence during the show’s guessing games, repeatedly yelling, “I know this! I know this!” However, after he makes a few blunders, Nucksal jokes, “How come Lee Joon is the only one who keeps knowing everything?”
Next, Hwasa reveals she was caught slightly off guard when Park Na Rae contacted her for the first time in a year. When the cast responds with shock at the fact that they fell out of touch for an entire year, Hwasa defends their friendship by saying, “We’re friends who are always in one another’s hearts, even if we don’t contact each other.”
However, after some teasing and bickering, Hwasa jokes, “Unnie [older sister or friend], it’s over between us.” Hwasa also goes on to dance to her hit song “TWIT” together with SHINee’s Key.
Finally, Lee Mujin introduces himself as Key’s best friend, but it soon becomes clear that things are still a bit awkward between the two singers. As the episode progresses, though, the other cast members happily observe that they seem to have gotten closer.
Hwasa, Lee Joon, and Lee Mujin’s episode of “Amazing Saturday” will air on November 23 at 7:40 p.m. KST. In the meantime, check out the new preview below!
