It means the reigning, back-to-back Super Bowl champions are now just one game away from an unprecedented three-peat, but after the Bills game, 'Showtime''s wife had other things on her mind.
Brittany, who recently gave birth to the couple's third child, Golden Raye, called out Bills Mafia on Instagram, making her opinions clear on what she thinks of them.
She posted a photograph that was taken in November when the Chiefs visited Buffalo and certain Bills fans hung a Kermit the Frog doll from a pole near Orchard Park.
The famous green frog was wearing a No. 15 jersey -- the same as Mahomes' Chiefs one -- and a brown wig, similar to the signal caller's hair.
Mahomes is often playfully compared to the Muppets character for his voice, but this was a step too far and Brittany had seemingly been biding her time to fire back at Bills fans.
She posted the photo of the Kermit doll hanging and wrote, "Do we remember this Buffalo? Absolutely disgusting. So as you go home tonight, I pray we become better people."
Patrick also responded, posting a famous meme to X of Kermit drinking tea near a window.

According to a report at the time the photograph was taken, Brittany 'taken aback' by the Kermit stunt in Buffalo.
Chiefs tight end and his superstar singe girlfriend Taylor Swift both reportedly found the entire thing 'incredibly disturbing' with Swift allegedly reaching out to Brittany to console her.
Ultimately, the Mahomes' had the last laugh, with Brittany posting a two-word message after the Chiefs beat the Bills in Sunday's AFC title game.
"We’re baaaaaack," she wrote.
She was in attendance at Arrowhead for the game, and could be seen cheering on from the sidelines as Mahomes accepted the AFC championship trophy.

Mahomes is now 4-0 against Bills quarterback Josh Allen in the playoffs -- an NFL record.
The superstar quarterback is also into his fifth Super Bowl and his dream of lifting a third successive Vince Lombardi Trophy -- a feat not even Tom Brady could achieve -- is alive.
The Chiefs will now face the Philadelphia Eagles -- who beat the Washington Commanders in the NFC Championship game earlier on Sunday -- in Super Bowl LIX on February 9 in New Orleans.
