Brooke Shields promoted her new memoir on 'Good Morning America,' where she wore a grey suit and tie by Thom Browne.
Brooke Shields meant business on Monday as she appeared on “Good Morning America” in New York. The model and actress stopped by to promote her new book, “Brooke Shields Is Not Allowed to Get Old,” out Tuesday.
Shields sported a gray Thom Browne suit consisting of a cropped blazer and trousers, a matching tie and a crisp white button-down. Silver pumps, jeweled statement earrings and a quilted Chanel flap bag topped off her look.

GC Images“It’s important to do that in this era of a woman’s life, you know the beauty industry wants us to chase youth, we look at regrets, and I think it’s important to understand where you’ve been, but I think it’s really joyous to say, ‘I may not know where I’m going, but I’m here,'” said Shields, who turns 60 this year. “This is a different age than it used to be. The opportunities are different, and yeah I want to look my best and I want to be healthy, but I think it’s important to pat yourself on the back and say ‘What do you want to do now?'”
Aging also inspired Shields to create her own line of hair care products for women older than 40. Commence launched in June 2024.
“When I hit this age, I had a sense of accomplishment, but also this excitement that there is more to look forward to,” Shields told Beauty Inc in May. “I wanted this optimism to be something that we all shared with regards to how we age.”
