CBB fans slam 'disrespectful' Chris Hughes over JoJo Siwa hot tub moment
Celebrity Big Brother contestants Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa were seen sharing a cosy moment in the hot tub.
Celebrity Big Brother fans were thrilled when off-air livestream footage revealed an encounter between Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa in the show's hot tub.
Although the moment didn't make it to the ITV broadcast, those who tuned into the 24/7 feed witnessed Chris, 32, and JoJo, 21, getting quite close and personal as they relaxed in the bubbles with other housemates.
This flirtatious interaction follows previously seen clips of the duo in another tender moment. In the fresh footage, Love Island alum Chris is seen draping his arm around JoJo, planting two affectionate kisses on her forehead while she nestles into him a gesture that swiftly circulated on social media, sparking mixed reactions.
Fans took to social media platforms and Reddit to voice their opinions on the burgeoning chemistry between the pair, with some expressing strong disapproval. "I don't care what anyone says anymore! ! ! ! Chris and JoJo's relationship and how they act with one another is so inappropriate. Imagine JoJo's girlfriend watching this. She's not going to be okay with this behaviour," vented one viewer.

Another insisted: "Chris knows exactly what he's doing and it's just f***ing weird at this point."
Meanwhile, a third commenter was baffled by the lack of reaction from others, saying: "What I don't understand is how the rest of the housemates are not deeply uncomfortable with that behaviour. Chris kissing JoJo on the forehead and her basically being on top of him in the hottub. I know that would really p**s me off."
Their on-screen chemistry has been the buzz of social media, not least after eagle-eyed fans caught sight of JoJo tenderly rubbing Chris' leg during a steamy hot tub session, stirring up a whirlwind of rumours about their connection.
JoJo, who's currently in a relationship with non-binary star Kath Ebbs, got candid about her self-discovery in a heart-to-heart with Drag Race favourite Danny Beard. In an intimate moment, JoJo confessed: "I feel so queer. I've never - I think I've always told myself, I'm a lesbian. I think being here- I've realised I am not a lesbian, I'm queer."
With a spark of excitement, she declared: "I think that's really cool, I'm switching letters! I've dropped the L and I've gone to the Q baby! That's what I love about sexuality."

Danny, embracing they/them pronouns, quipped back with affection: "And you know what British people love more than anything? To queue!"
Previously identifying as pansexual back in 2021, JoJo had begun referring to herself as gay more recently. Mulling over her identity on Paul C Brunson's podcast We Need To Talk before stepping into the Big Brother limelight, she mused: "One I'm still on for sure. I never thought twice about anything."
Yet, as JoJo navigates through her personal journey and newfound closeness with Chris, some spectators are left scratching their heads. From day one in the series, these two have been thick as thieves, prompting other housemates to point out how they seem to carve out their own little world away from everyone else.

After Daley Thompson's exit from the show, he hinted that the strong bonds forming could be a strategic play for extra screen time, reports the Mirror.
However, Ella Rae Wise, another recently evicted housemate, took a more direct shot, suggesting Chris was getting chummy with the Dance Moms star as a play for her enormous online following, which towers at over 80 million devotees.
In response, Chris emotionally countered the claims, visibly upset. Pouring his heart out in a teary Diary Room confession, he said: "I'm exhausted in this house to be honest. I think I'm too normal and lead a stress-free life. If people have things to say just say it and air it."
He continued, expressing his disdain for negativity: "I hate toxic stuff in life. I hate toxic energy. It just brings you down. You can feel when energy shifts and it's just not nice. I don't want to be emotional and sad but sometimes you just can't help it."
