The evening is called Raising the Dome, an effort by the cityâs soccer club to collect cash to help the soccer club in its exciting process of building a new, indoor, full-sized artificial turf field.

âItâs obviously a really exciting event that weâve been preparing for now for a little while,â said Cavalry superstar goalkeeper Marco Carducci, who is an ambassador for the club and host of the event. âAt the end of the day, itâs going to be all about raising money, obviously, and all of that is in complete support of the Villains Dome.

âItâs an opportunity to bring everybody together to celebrate an enjoyable evening and have a fun night,â Carducci said. âWeâre going to band together for a really important project that weâre really excited about.â

âI get to host the event, which Iâm super excited about. As somebody who played for the club as a kid, itâs a full circle moment for me. To be able to step into this role as an ambassador. As a member of Cavalry FC and someone who grew up in the city playing with Villains, I see first-hand what the soccer eco-system is like.
