Over the past decade, there hasn't been any organization with more success than the Kansas City Chiefs. Across this 10-year span, the Chiefs lead the way with 123 wins across 164 games, 22 more than the next-closest team (the Buffalo Bills). In that span, the Chiefs have won three Super Bowls, equaling the New England Patriots.
Many things have led to that success, with the biggest one being Patrick Mahomes joining the franchise. But even before Mahomes came in, the team was already racking up wins, tracing all the way back to 2010 and 2013 when Andy Reid was hired. Reid is a big correlation to that success, but there's a specific front office executive who has been there from the get-go: Mike Borgonzi. Now, the Chiefs are set to lose Borgonzi to the Tennessee Titans.

Having fired Ran Carthon recently, the Titans plan to make Borgonzi their new general manager. This is a promotion for Borgonzi, who was acting as the assistant GM to Brett Veach since 2021.
Borgonzi's Chiefs tenure featured several different roles with promotions coming every few years. He worked his way up the ladder in true grind-it-out fashion.

The Titans seem to have gotten a good one.
