Coco Gauff doesn't hold back after Kendrick Lamar criticised by fans for Super Bowl display
The tennis star has made her feelings crystal clear
Coco Gauff has rushed to defend Kendrick Lamar after the rapper was criticised by fans online for his performance in Sunday night's Super Bowl.
Lamar performed at the half time show, with some critics blasting his display as 'boring'.
Others even went as far to say that his performance was the 'worst' in Super Bowl history. Yet Gauff, writing on social media, has now firmly hit back.
She uploaded a picture of Lamar on her Instagram story and wrote: "If you thought it was boring just say you didn't get the message."

Gauff had previously said that she 'loved' seeing Serena Williams dancing alongside Lamar on stage.
She wrote: "Loved the show and Serena ate that.
"I love rap music and hip hop culture man. Shoutout to Sza too & K dot and #SamuelLJackson narrating was just chef kiss. Well thought out."
Not everybody has been impressed, however, with several users on X outlining their thoughts.

Meanwhile, on the pitch, the Philadelphia Eagles wrote their name into the history books with a 40-22 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Chiefs had entered the clash hoping to become the first team to win the Super Bowl three years in a row.
But that didn't happen, with Travis Kelce and his team comprehensively outplayed as the Eagles secured glory for the first time since 2018.
