Coleen Nolan left 'in tears' following Loose Women surprise for 60th birthday
A number of Coleen's family and friends were in the audience for the special episode

Coleen Nolan was left âin tearsâ as her Loose Women colleagues provided her with a major surprise for her 60th birthday on Monday afternoon (March 10).
With the pop-singer and TV presenter turning 60 on Wednesday (March 12), the Loose Women team decided to catch her off-guard by having her birthday celebrations two days early.

Led out to the studio floor by her fellow panellists in a sparkly blindfold and pair of headphones, Coleen appeared stunned when the big reveal arrived.
Among those in the audience for the wholesome episode of the ITV talk-show was Coleen's three children, Shane Jake and Ciara, who Coleen said had never been at her workplace at the same.
Trying to compose herself after erupting into tears, Coleen said: "Oh my God!. Is this why I've been kept prisoner all day? So far, I've had the worst day of my life. They literally locked me in the dressing room. 'Can I go to the toilet?' 'No'."

Responding to if she was genuinely surprised, Coleen joked: "Was it a genuine surprise? Are you mad? No, I always cry like this."
Wearing a blue suit blazer, pants and a white t-shirt that read 'this is 60' in black writing, Coleen was provided with a number of surprised over the course of the episode, including a chat with her brothers Tommy and Bernie.

After becoming friends with Coleen when they took part in 2023's celebrity Fully Monty show, Strictly Come Dancing's Pete Wicks sent in a video message to express his gratefulness for the TV presenter.
"Just a quick message to say happy birthday Coleen - I hope you have a fabulous day. Who'd have thought a couple of years ago when you saw me naked, we would become such great friends? I hope you the best day, my love. I hope to see you soon," he said.
Concluding the birthday celebration for Coleen was a performance of Bill Withers' legendary song Lean On Me, with Brenda Edwards returning early from her holidays to serenade Coleen.

Many of Coleen's friends and fans took to the comments section of an Instagram she posted prior to the episode, teasing she had 'zero idea' what was happening, to wish her a happy birthday.
