Coleen Rooney drew praise from viewers of the latest series of I'm A Celeb... for her natural, healthy-looking skin – and now she's revealed exactly how she does it.

In an exclusive interview with The Mirror, Coleen revealed her beauty must-haves, including the products that she always has in her make-up bag for creating a quick and easy natural look. Admitting that she's "not very good at doing [her] own make-up," the 38 year old says that she uses "a Charlotte Tilbury tinted moisturiser": Charlotte Tilbury Unisex Healthy Glow.

This foolproof face base contains contains skin-adapting pigments that are released when the product is rubbed into the skin, giving a sheer, glowing, perfected finish without the need for full-coverage foundations. Priced at £39, it's suitable for all skin tones, and men as well as women.

And Coleen's clearly not the only fan, as Healthy Glow has over 1,000 five-star reviews on the Charlotte Tilbury website alone.

"Being ancient by today’s standards it’s difficult to find a foundation that makes your skin glow, this product does it and more, love it!" one happy customer joked.

"I brought this product three weeks ago and myself, clients and students love it," a make-up artist wrote. "Perfect lightweight product with very light coverage and the perfect glow to the skin. I love it so much I’ve subscribed."

Another glowing review comes from a mum of four, like Coleen: "I bought this a few weeks ago because I needed something like this on my low maintenance days when my time is cut short to get ready. I have four children so I usually end up spending most of time getting them ready before we go out. So this product is definitely a time saver. You get instant colour pay off."

One thing to note is that, although it's described as a universal tone, it may not be suitable for those with very pale skin, as one shopper noted: "The product is lovely but with pale skin I have to spend a long time rubbing it in before it finally matches my skin colour tone to give that little tint of colour. It would be great if there was a version for lighter skin tones." If you're after a tinted moisturiser that does come in a wider shade range, we also love Lisa Eldridge Seamless Skin Enhancing Tint, £37, and Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser Natural Dewy SPF 30, £39.

Other make-up favourites the I'm A Celeb runner up shared include the popular Chanel Les Beiges Bronzing Cream, £48, which she says she gets given for Christmas ever year, and Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm, £23, with lip balm being the product that she missed the most while in the jungle.

And to support her skin from the inside out, Coleen takes collagen supplements regularly: she took Applied Nutrition Marine Collagen Powder before heading off the Australia, and now has a collagen supplement as part of her own range with Applied Nutrition.

"I take Collagen and Immunity regularly," she said. "You’ve got to be consistent to see the results; you can’t just dip in and out."
