Dancing on Ice judge Oti Mabuse has sparked suspicion that the ITV show could be coming to an end with a cryptic "final" post.
With the skating spectacle's 17th series swooping into tonight's (March 9) grand finale, featuring celebs Michaela Strachan, Anton Ferdinand, and Sam Aston going for gold, the cancellation rumours have intensified.
Low ratings have plagued the program, which once attracted over 12 million fans, sparking speculation about its imminent swansong.
While the cast hasn't commented on these whispers, judge Oti's latest Instagram homage to the series has certainly raised eyebrows.
The professional dancer, who graced the judging panel in 2022, posted an array of snaps today showcasing her stunning series wardrobe.

"The BIG FINAL is here! Four years of Dancing on Ice - what an incredible journey! From jaw-dropping performances to unforgettable moments, I love every single second of being part of this magical show," Oti expressed in the caption, reports the Express.
"A massive THANK YOU to the entire team, my fellow judges, the pro skaters, and of course, the brave celebrities who have given their all on the ice. And to YOU, the amazing viewers - your support means everything!"
Excitedly, Oti signed off: "Tonight, we crown our champion... Who's ready for a spectacular show? Let's gooo!"
Dancing on Ice devotees have picked up on the post's "wording," sparking chatter across X (formerly known as Twitter) and speculation that the beloved show might be taking its final bow.
"Oti's post makes it sound like this is the final series which can't say I'm that surprised low viewership and the cost of the show probably been the deal breaker #dancingonice we wait and see of course maybe one final all star series," speculated one viewer.
There have been rumours that Dancing on Ice could be ending
Another fan seemed certain of the show's fate, saying, "#DancingonIce is defo stopping... I can just tell by the wording of Oti's post," while another chimed in, hoping for the end: "I hope it's the last #DancingonIce tonight, it's time to put it to rest now."
The ice-skating spectacle hit a record low last year, drawing a mere 2.9 million viewers at one point - a significant fall from the 700,000 who had tuned in for the season's opening weeks.
This year's premiere didn't fare much better. It attracted 2.9 million viewers, but by episode five, the number had dwindled to 2.4 million.
A source confided to The Mirror about the show's uncertain future: "There are very real fears this is the end of the road for Dancing on Ice. It's had a good run for nearly 20 years and has a very loyal set of viewers who really love it but the sad truth is there's just not enough of them. We need bums on seats but the ratings have dropped to a point where it's difficult to justify the cost."
After whispers of the show's cancellation spread, an ITV spokeswoman clarified to the publication: "The Dancing on Ice team is fully concentrating on the much anticipated series finale this coming Sunday and therefore no decision has been made."
Dancing on Ice airs on ITV1 and ITVX
