Danny Jones' 'hard' realisation with wife as he addresses family decision
McFly singer Danny Jones got candid about family life with his spouse Georgia Jones, with whom he shares seven-year-old son Cooper
Danny Jones has opened up about why he and his wife Georgia Jones have only had one child together.
The pair, who married in 2014, share seven-year-old son Cooper who was born back in 2018.
Sharing their happy news at the time, Danny wrote on Instagram: "So overwhelmed with love, welcome to earth Cooper Alf Jones born today 1:36am."
In a recent episode of the Parenting Hell podcast, the 38-year-old shared why the couple are yet to give Cooper a sibling.
Quizzed on whether life was "more chilled and relaxed" with having the one child, Danny replied: "It is and it isn't because, with only having one, I see Harry [Judd] with three and Tom [Fletcher] with three, and I see myself with one and it doesn't make it any easier just having one."
After podcast host Rob Beckett pointed out that an only child will more likely crave their parents' attention, the McFly star agreed this was the case.
"Exactly that, it's 'Daddy watch this, mummy watch this, come here can you sort this out? Yes mate, no problem'. And you're forever saying, 'One sec' and then when you ask him to do something he goes, 'Yeah, one sec'."
After host Josh Widdicombe mentioned that his two children often took themselves off to play together, Danny chimed in to say he couldn't relate.

"We don't have that and, I think we're done with one as well, yeah I think we are. We actually found it harder than we thought.
"We were like, 'Let's move to the country and have two or three [kids]', and now we're still very much in London with one kid.
"It seems like it's going that way, you know what it's like, it's trying to balance everything and I'm not very good at that.
"When I have one big thing to concentrate on, everything else is out the window."
After Danny's admission, his wife candidly opened up about the struggle with juggling parenting duties with her work as an influencer.
Speaking on her podcast Mum's The Word, she admitted scrolling on her phone while Cooper was in the bath had left her feeling "terrible".
"There are times when I don't even realise I'm doing it, and then there are other times where I'm like, oh God, I feel terrible," she spilled.
"Like, it's a bit s*** because I don't want Cooper to remember his childhood with me just being on my phone all the time."
Following a recent break with just her and her son, the former Miss England star said she felt "happy and content" to have managed to fit in some quality time.
