Davina McCall's admission as The One Show marks live TV return after tumour op
The presenter was excited to be back at work following the recovery from her serious procedure
The One Show sat down with Davina McCall as she recalled how good it felt to make her first live TV appearance since the operation for her benign brain tumour.
During Monday's (March 17) instalment, Alex Jones was joined on the sofa with co-presenter Vernon Kay, making a change from JB Gill who sat by her side last week.

Article continues belowThe first guest on the sofa was TV star Davina McCall who was celebrating appearing on her first live TV show since recovering from her operation.
Appearing on popular shows such as Long Lost Family and Your Mum, My Dad, the 57-year-old star revealed last month that a colloid cyst was found after she was offered a health check-up as part of her menopause advocacy work.
A colloid cyst is a rare, non-cancerous tumour filled with a thick gel-like substance called colloid.

In a health update early December, Davina admitted: "I know I gave Michael Douglas (her partner) and Kevin OâNeill (the neurosurgeon) a bit of a scare after the operation because I was so confused," before adding: âBut Iâm doing so well now, and I just wanted to thank him and all the team for taking such really good care of me."
According to the NHS, non-cancerous brain tumours are more likely to be found in people who are over 50, and symptoms include headaches, blackouts, behavioural changes and loss of consciousness.

Now, speaking on The One Show Davina shared: "It feels amazing, I am so happy to be back." Welcoming the presenter to the studio, host Alex Jones said: "We are so pleased to see you, we haven't seen you since you had your operation to remove a benign tumour. We were just saying how worried we all were."
Davina went on to share how she was nervous about returning to work. She said: "I was recovering at home in my bedroom," which became her "safe place".
So much so, she didn't want to leave and told how she "felt stuck". Davina continued: "Michael (Douglas) said to me, 'I know you, I know how much you love work... I know youâre scared but this is the final piece of the jigsaw'."
Article continues belowThe star then joked that she "felt so angry" with him at the time, but after her first day back at work it "felt so good to see everybody... it felt like something normal I could do".
Davina then celebrated with Alex and Vernon that it was her first live show since her operation, and that she was excited ahead of BBC's Comic Relief on Friday 21st March.
