In Italy, the couple will visit Rome and the north-eastern city of Ravenna, known for its early Christian mosaic artwork.
This comes after The Sun exclusively revealed the King and Queen would be spending their 20th wedding anniversary with an action-packed day of official work engagements in Italy,
The royal couple married at Windsor Guildhall on April 9, 2005 and held their reception at Windsor Castle.
Two decades on and the royal pair are still going strong but any loving celebrations are set to be put on hold this year.
Instead, they have lined up a string of engagements supporting issues close to their hearts while on an official State Visit - as the King continues his cancer treatment.
This comes after Charles and Camillla's long-haul visit to Australia and Samoa, which was described as the "perfect tonic" for the monarch, in November last year.
The new tour announcement also follows His Majesty's trip to Poland for the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz.

On their upcoming tour, the couple will attend the Holy See, which is the government of the Roman Catholic Church.
It is located in the Vatican, the smallest independent state in the world.
Before the state visits, Charles and Camila will join A-list actor Stanley Tucci for a black tie dinner celebrating Italian cuisine at Highgrove on Friday evening.
The pair have also invited the Italian ambassador to the UK, Inigo Lambertini, to Charles's Gloucestershire estate for the Slow Food.
The menu has been created by renowned Italian chef Francesco Mazzei.
Dishes are set to be created with British ingredients but blended with Italian culinary traditions.
Drinks will be prepared by Italian mixologist Alessandro Palazzi using Italian flavours and herbs from Charles's Highgrove Gardens.
Charles has long been a champion of the Slow Food philosophy.
The event will also promote Slow Fashion, with the King and Queen meeting King's Foundation's students.
A Royal visit from Prince William
By Emily-Jane Heap
PRINCE William looked like he was nailing it on Thursday as he took part in a woodwork class during a visit to a men’s shed.
The Prince of Wales popped into the Carnoustie and Monifieth community space where he heard from members about how the organisation helps people to learn new skills and combat loneliness.
Founded in 2015, the group is run by local volunteers who meet weekly to take part in activities such as woodwork, crafting and gardening.
William, known as the Duke of Rothesay in Scotland, frowned in concentration as he tried his hand at drilling.
It followed a roundtable event at nearby East Scryne Farm, where the Prince spoke to young farmers about tackling rural isolation and poor mental health.
He told them: “I love the countryside and I love farming as well.
“And I am conscious that it’s an area that needs maybe a little bit of support and understanding that there is access and support out there for young farmers, as well as making sure we are breaking down any taboos and stigmas around mental health.
“Because I think in the farming world it’s maybe not talked about as much as in other sectors - and yet we know it exists.”
