Drew Barrymore shared details about her coordinated attire with costars and friends Lucy Liu and Cameron Diaz at the 2003 “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle” premiere during Friday’s episode of “The Drew Barrymore Show.” Among the details Barrymore shared, the actress revealed why Diaz opted to go barefoot on the red carpet.
Related Articles“That premiere was so much fun,” Barrymore said on her eponymous talk show, reminiscing about the premiere of the sequel to the 2000 movie. “We got to drive up in an old, like, El Camino car and Hollywood Boulevard was closed down,” Barrymore recalled.

“Lucy [Liu] and I were like, ‘Oh good, because then she’ll be a little shorter,'” Barrymore further explained. Barrymore then revealed the choice behind her black bikini top, which stood out compared to her bright white suit.
“That top I’m wearing is a bikini top I grabbed out of my drawer in the last second,” Barrymore said. “I was like, “I need to sex this outfit up. I need, like, I’m just gonna wear this under my suit,’ and then just went like that. So we were all like getting dressed and ready ’til the last second.”
