Eamonn Holmes speaks out on time he met Hollywood icon Jane Fonda

GB News host Eamonn Holmes has shared his memorable encounter with Hollywood icon Jane Fonda, recalling their meeting in a cinema in Warrington.
Eamonn described the encounter as "amazing" as he praised the actress for her professionalism.
His comments come as Fonda received one of acting's highest honours at the 31st annual Screen Actors Guild Awards.
The 87-year-old star became the 60th recipient of the prestigious SAG Life Achievement Award on Sunday night.

Speaking on GB News, Eamonn said: "I interviewed her once, I would love to interview her again.
"I remember it was in a cinema in Warrington the glamour of it all. We walked in and I remember thinking, why would she be in a cinema in Warrington?

"What was she doing there? I think she was opening it or something. Anyway we had a room all set up and lit for her and when she walked in she said 'I want all those lights changed.'
"She went on to say that all the lights had to be moved behind her, or whatever.
"At the time, I was quite taken aback thinking 'this is a bit pompous' but then I realised, no it was professional.
"She knew exactly what she was doing. She was amazing, she had this sort of halo around her head."
The honour marks a significant milestone for the veteran actress, who had previously been nominated for four SAG Awards but had never won.
"I never thought I would live this long, much less be a working actor for this long," Fonda told Vogue ahead of the ceremony.
SAG-AFTRA President Fran Drescher praised Fonda as "a trailblazer and an extraordinary talent" who has "shaped the landscape of entertainment, advocacy and culture with unwavering passion."

Fonda's latest accolade joins an impressive collection of awards amassed over her six-decade career.
The daughter of Henry Fonda has earned two Academy Awards for her performances in "Klute" and "Coming Home."
Her trophy cabinet also includes an Emmy Award and seven Golden Globes, including the prestigious Cecil B. DeMille Award.
