The venue had been sold out just one night before when rap superstar Lil Wayne performed to a packed out crowd.
Days before the performance, X user @dieforyous pointed out the low sales and tweeted a screenshot of the available seats.
'Camila Cabello about to play a show tomorrow and just around 30 percent of the tickets sold out LMFAOOOOOOO,' the X user wrote.
They then followed up with a video post on the night of the event which appeared to confirm that the show had failed to sell many tickets.

'That s**t was EMPTY. Oh Camila Cabello the flop you are,' the user harshly commented. 'This is really embarrassing the way [her fans] swore they were going to sell out by showtime.'
Another person asked: 'True question why do some singers do this? If you know you can't sell arenas why do them? Isn't it just extra costs for no reason and embarrassment?'
'"it was a football event" it was a concert, she was the headliner of her day meaning she was supposed to be the main attraction,' another social media user mused. 'Lil Wayne headlined the day before and it was packed. ... the difference is sad.'
However, the Havana singer's fans were quick to rise to her defense, with many noting that the event was not a normal concert for the star.
Indeed, the singer was headlining the AT&T PLayoff Playlist Live! gig which also saw Myles Smith and Know take the stage.
'A real performer … loves her audience no matter the number,' one fan gushed.
Sharing another picture of seat sales, one fan tweeted: 'This looks more like 80 percent sold. Mind you, it's not even her tour, it's a sports event and she never even promoted it.
'Most of her fans had no idea she is doing this. Why are you obsessing over her like a proper fan lol?'

Elsewhere, fellow musician Mod Sun also took time to praise the singer as he wrote: '99 percent of artists would’ve cancelled the show + put out a ‘mental health’ statement... she just gained my respect by still performing.'
The rapper continued: 'That show meant the world to the people in the crowd that night. EMPTY SHOWS ARE STILL SHOWS.'
Insiders had since shed further light on the situation, telling Page Six that it was a 'corporate event' with only a few tickets made available to be 'sold to the public.'
After the show, the singer paid tribute to her loyal fans in a sweet Instagram post featuring pictures and videos from her on the road.
'The people who I’ve chosen to be a fan of, since I was 12 to now, from musicians to authors to painters, have made me who I am,' My Oh My singer began. 'Being a fan is a transformative and creative and sacred endeavor. And the artist who gives to their community also gets, in the form of love, inspiration, and trust.'
She continued: 'I’m honored to be that for you. It’s one of the sweetest relationships I’ve known.
'I have fans that have been more loving, loyal, and ride or die then people in my real life. Make no mistake, regardless of distance and time apart and proximity, the love in that room, the love between us is very real,'
She concluded: 'I feel it too. I hold it close to my heart like a little light on a dark night. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow'.
