GINO D'Acampo 'did and said whatever he wanted on set' while working at ITV insiders have claimed.
It comes as the TV chef, 49, has been accused of "sexually inappropriate" and "intimidating" behaviour in dozens of allegations spanning over 14 years.

Gino has "firmly denied" all the allegations, which he called "deeply upsetting".
But a woman who worked with him told the Daily Mail: “Gino said and did whatever he wanted.”
Among the claims are that he allegedly "flicked" his genitals in front of one accuser, told another he would like to have sex "against the kitchen counter" and made threats to a runner if he didn't get him a Cornetto.
One woman, who has been called Hannah to protect her identity, told ITV News Correspondent Sejal Karia the TV chef made inappropriate sexual comments to her on a job in 2011.
She alleged he told her he would "like to turn me over and f*** me up the a*** against the kitchen counter".
Today Gino was blasted by fans as he continued to post on social media as normal in the wake of the serious allegations.
He posted a clip of his childhood sweetheart, Jessica Stellina Morrison, chatting with Fred Sirieix during a night out.
But it wasn't long before she realised it wasn't her husband, bursting into fits of laughter.

One commented: "Is this Gino actively ignoring what's on ITV news right now....”
However others jumped to the presenter’s defence.
One hit back: "Can’t stand this continuous cancel culture. If you were so hurt by a comment why wait 14 yrs to mention it. Arghhhh this world has gone mad. Still love ya Gino."
Someone else said: "I love Gino he’s just a joker honestly getting ridiculous.”
Gino claims
One woman claimed Gino told her he would "like to turn me over and f*** me up the a*** against the kitchen counter" in 2011.
Another woman alleged he opened the door only wearing his boxer shorts and said "Oh, don't worry, it's only small" which pointing towards his penis.
In 2018 while on set for the filming of Gordon, Gino and Fred’s Road Trip, Gino allegedly said he "felt like f******" one morning.
The same year Gino is alleged to have made a comment about another young female colleague who claimed he said: "Shouldn’t we be talking about her t***, they’re perfect, they’re like a mouthful."
Another alleged he told a young staff member: "When are we all going to get drunk and have sex together."
A woman told ITV she saw Gino appearing to threaten a young colleague over an ice cream in 2019, he allegedly said "if you don’t get me a Cornetto I will f*** your girlfriend".
In 2022 an internal investigation into Gino was launched at production company Betty TV in relation to alleged inappropriate behaviour and language on the set of Gino’s Italy – Like Mamma Used to Make.
The production company Objective Media Group said in an email seen by ITV in 2024 that issues also arose in 2023 on the Emission Impossible set.
In a full statement, the dad-of-three said yesterday: "I have been told by ITN news that allegations have been made about me acting inappropriately, some dating back over ten years ago.
"I have never been made aware of these matters previously and the allegations are firmly denied. I would not do anything that I thought would upset or distress anyone.”
He added: “"Not only have these allegations never been raised with me before, I have been repeatedly supported by executives at the highest level and was commissioned on prime-time programmes during the period in which it is now suggested I was acting inappropriately.”
Gino's response in full
In a statement to ITV News, Gino D'Acampo said: “I have been told by ITN news that allegations have been made about me acting inappropriately, some dating back over ten years ago.
"I have never been made aware of these matters previously and the allegations are firmly denied. I would not do anything that I thought would upset or distress anyone.
"This is simply not in my nature. I do not recognise the version of events being put to me.
"Not only have these allegations never been raised with me before, I have been repeatedly supported by executives at the highest level and was commissioned on prime-time programmes during the period in which it is now suggested I was acting inappropriately.
"I am a father, husband and have worked with well over 1,500 people on around 80 productions in my career, which I have been so proud of.
"I take such matters extremely seriously and the suggestion that I have acted in an improper way against is deeply upsetting."
