Glastonbury Festival fans say 'not again' as they battle it out in the resale

Glastonbury Festival fans all said the same thing as they rushed to purchase tickets during resale on Thursday. Many were over the moon to get tickets the first time around for the festival taking place from June 25 to June 29 but others were devastated when they were left with nothing.
The iconic annual music festival is preparing itself for another epic summer, with the line-up including the likes of The 1975, Charli XCX, Sir Rod Stewart, Doechii, Alanis Morissette, Raye, Deftones, Olivia Rodrigo, The Prodigy, Busta Rhymes and more. With an iconic line-up, it's no surprise fans were eager to get tickets as resale launched on Thursday evening.

Fans immediately took to Twitter to share their complaints as one wrote: "Who knew a wee green rectangle would make me die," along with a screenshot of the loading bar.
"Are the funny green little bars meant to move or..." another questioned while one added: "LET ME IN #Glastonbury." One fan commented: "The green bars of death yet again ffs."
According to the Glastonbury website, this evening's resale is for ticket and coach travel options. General admission tickets will be available from 9am on Sunday, April 27.
Any cancelled accommodation options for Worthy View, Sticklinch and campervan and caravan passes will become available on Sunday at 11am.
Tickets will only be available on the official Glastonbury Festival website, with no other site or agency allocated tickets.
However, in order to get ahold of a ticket, everyone on any booking must be registered. Registration closed at 5pm on Wednesday April 23, and will not reopen until after the resale.
Meanwhile, Sir Rod Stewart recently delighted both himself and his fans by announcing a new ultimate hits complication album. The 80-year-old music icon has been hammering out hits since 1964 - and has amassed an impressive collection of 32 albums and 147 singles.
The star has picked out his favourite tracks to create a new ultimate collection - which he is planning to release just days before he enjoys one of his career highlight performances.
Sir Rod sent his fans into a frenzy this months when he announced the new record which he declared will be filled with tracks fans know and love.
Sharing a video via Instagram that showcased the album cover, the chart-topping star revealed the collection is dropping on June 27, just in time for Glastonbury.
