Glastonbury tickets ‘SOLD OUT’ within 30 minutes in official resale
The first resale for Glastonbury tickets took place on Thursday, April 24
Glastonbury Festival is returning to Worthy Farm in June 2025 for five days of iconic music. Tickets sold out within 40 minutes during the sale back in November - but this week fans have a final opportunity to secure tickets.
The 1975, Olivia Rodrigo and Neil Young are among the headliners at the Pyramid Stage at the UK's biggest festival, which begins on June 25, with Charli XCX set to headline the Other Stage along with Loyle Carner and the Prodigy. Other acts performing across the weekend include Biffy Clyro, Alanis Morissette, Noah Kahan, Wolf Alice, Wet Leg and Scissor Sisters.
The first official resale for Glastonbury took place on Thursday, April 24, from 6pm, with a "very limited" amount of tickets available. Anyone who failed to pay the remainder for their ticket during the balance window lost their tickets and they get offered during the resale.

Glastonbury resales are split across two dates - one for coach packages and one for general weekend tickets. The first, which took place on Thursday, was for coach packages, which is followed by the general weekend ticket resale on Sunday, April 27.
During the coach package resale, music fans could only purchase up to two tickets per transaction - and every person must be registered ahead of the sale. For the general weekend ticket resale, people can purchase up to four tickets per transaction but the same registration rules apply.
Just 30 minutes after the coach resale kicked off, the tickets sold out.
See Tickets took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to sat: "Coach tickets for @Glastonbury 2025 are now SOLD OUT. The general admission ticket resale will take place Sunday at 9am (BST). Confirmation emails are going out now to everyone who got @Glastonbury coach tickets this evening."
During the sale, prospective festival goers took to social media to share their frustration (and successes) about trying to secure Glastonbury tickets.
On X, @Chopmunky wrote: "I’M GOING TO GLASTONBURY! Thursday coach from Leeeeds!", and @Ellaaimagine agreed: "I THOUGHT I WASNT GONNA FIND MY WAY INTO GLASTONBURY THIS YEAR BUT I GOT RESALE TICKETS".
And on the tenth year of trying to secure tickets, one fan was successful. @Mantises2400 wrote on X: "Holy moly, Glastonbury at the 10th year of trying I am coming for you yesss!!!"
On the other hand, @MichaelDPlant wrote on X: "Currently in the Glastonbury queue, failing to get tickets.", and @Davejmcn said: "just destined to be stuck on the 2 green bars of doom in every glastonbury sale it seems".
