Actress Goo Hye-sun shared her personal philosophy

Recently, Goo Hye-sun appeared on the YouTube channel “Professor Cho Seong-jae’s Physics Holic”, hosted by Professor Cho Seong-jae from the Department of Physics at KAIST.

Regarding the advice of “not comparing yourself to others“, Goo Hye-sun interpreted it differently, arriving at the conclusion, “Compare with others, accurately.“

Her argument that it is important to clearly assess one’s position through comparison and move forward resonated with her experiences in the entertainment industry.

She also shared how she was inspired by the professor’s statement that scientific advancements come from movies and imagination, which led her to decide to attend KAIST. As a top graduate from Sungkyunkwan University, her curiosity and passion for academics led her to KAIST. Her fresh approach to connecting nature, film and science captivated viewers.

Goo Hye-sun confessed that she often experiences anxiety and random thoughts, and shared that she has lived a life of recording, analyzing and challenging herself to overcome them. She also revealed her unique way of transforming anxiety into positive energy through extreme sports, surprising many. Her journey of finding tranquility through challenges has inspired many.

Moreover, Goo Hye-sun, who has achieved various goals, offered a unique definition of dreams, “A dream is not a noun, but an adjective.” She believes that a dream is not merely a list of successes, but ultimately refers to a state of inner peace. She expressed her philosophy of seeking a comfortable life while constantly pursuing change and challenges.

Finally, Goo Hye-sun shocked many by stating that she views death as a significant keyword for understanding the meaning of life.
