Graham Norton fans have been left scratching their heads as Claudia Winkleman replaced him on the penultimate episode of his BBC chat show.
Starting the show, Claudia said apologised that Graham couldn't be here, as she told the crowd they were "so kind" as the cheers erupted. "I'm so sorry Graham isn't here she said. To be honest, no body is more livid than me," she said before introducing the guests of the night, Chris Pratt, Toby Jones, Saoirse-Monica Jackson and Rob Beckett, who took to the iconic red sofa.
It was previously announced that The Traitors host would be replacing Graham after he'd headed off to Australia to kick-star his tour. Speaking on his 'replacement' in a previous episode with Claudia on the sofa, Graham said: "Claudia does have another little job coming up. . "At the end of this series I'm popping off to do a tour of Australia and my seat is going to be filled for one week only by none other than Claudia Winkleman." Claudia then joked: "I apologise in advance."
However, Claudia assured the audience and guests that Graham had left her "extensive notes" on what to do.

PA)It looks like Graham will be watching in closely as he posted on X, formerly known as Twitter at the start of the show: "Time to start the show! Tonight the brilliant Claudia Winkleman is joined by @rachelchinourir, @robbeckettcomic, Toby Jones, Saoirse-Monica Jackson and @prattprattpratt!" as he then provided running commentary.
However, many fans were left confused with the replacement despite the explanation: "What happened to the Graham Nortonâs show? Where is he gone?" questioned one, as another exclaimed: "Where the heck is Graham Norton?" A third wrote: "Graham Norton without Graham Norton is weird #GrahamNortonShow."
Graham's tour of Australia means he'll also be missing from his final show on Friday, March 7. Claudia won't be hosting the finale, however. Instead, . The show will feature a compilation of highlights from the recent series, featuring a host of stars including Demi Moore, TimotheĚe Chalamet, Cher, Denzel Washington, Nicole Kidman, Dwayne Johnson, Zoe SaldanĚa and Hugh Grant.
It's a busy year ahead for Claudia as filming for Celebrity Traitors UK is expected to start in April - with the nine part series expected to land later in the year. A fourth season of the original series is also expected to air in 2026.
