Grammys 2025: 12 new performers announced for ceremony
With the Grammys set to take place on February 2nd, Stevie Wonder and Chris Martin are among the 12 new names announced to perform at the Grammy Awards.

With the Grammy Awards set to take place on February 2nd, Stevie Wonder and Coldplay frontman Chris Martin are among the 12 new artists to have been announced as performers.
Previously, it was revealed that Charli XCX, who has been nominated for seven awards, is set to take to the stage to showcase Brat in Los Angeles at the Crypto.com Arena. The Recording Academy also shared that Sabrina Carpenter, Billie Eilish, and Chappell Roan would be performing at the illustrious ceremony.
In the prior announcement, the other names confirmed to perform were Doechii, Raye, Benson Boone, Teddy Swims and Shakira.
Now, the list of musical acts set to prove their talents at the Grammys has expanded further with news of Wonder and Martin, who have won plentiful awards at the ceremony in the past between them, will entertain the star-studded crowd.
Additionally, Wicked star Cynthia Erivo, who triumphed at the Grammys in 2017 by picking up âBest Musical Theatre Albumâ, is also set to perform. The other artists set to play are Lainey Wilson, Herbie Hancock, Brittany Howard, Brad Paisley, Janelle MonĂĄe, John Legend, Sheryl Crow, St. Vincent and Jacob Collier.
Many of the recently confirmed names will be performing during the In Memoriam segment of the ceremony, which is set to pay tribute to the late Quincy Jones and those who tragically lost their lives in the recent Los Angeles wildfires.
The Grammys have also detailed the Premiere Ceremony, which will take place earlier in the day on February 2nd at the Peacock Theatre. As there is such a vast number of prizes set to be awarded, most are handed out at the Premiere Ceremony, which will be hosted by Justin Tanter for the second consecutive year.
The full list of performers at the Premiere Ceremony are Yolanda Adams, Wayne Brady, Deborah Cox, Scott Hoying, Angelique Kidjo, Taj Mahal, Joe Bonamassa, Joyce DiDonato, BĂ©la Fleck, RenĂ©e Fleming, Muni Long, Kelli OâHara and Kevin Puts.
In a statement, Harvey Mason, Recording Academy and MusiCares CEO, said: âThe Premiere Ceremony will not only kick off our Grammy Sunday, it will provide an opportunity to show that in times of adversity, music has the power to be used for good, to help our community unite, and to show our communityâs resilience.â
The Premiere Ceremony is set to be broadcast on the Recording Academyâs YouTube channel at 12:30pm at local time in Los Angeles on February 2nd.
