Bronx and Banco designer Natalie De’banco gets her inspiration from the best.
Following her fabulous fall/winter 2025 show at the Hall Des Lumières during New York Fashion Week, De’banco exclusively opened up to Us Weekly, sharing that her “muse” for the Aspen-esque line was Hailey Bieber and Sex and the City’s Samantha Jones.
“I think she’s just so perfect and so chic,” De’banco said of Bieber, 28. “She’s a confident young woman and so strong. It’s beautiful to watch her grow up and become a business woman and a wife. [She’s] such a role model.”
As for icons of the past, De’banco added a “power” element to her collection by channeling Samantha Jones’ (played by Kim Cattrall) confident attitude and sexy style. “She was that first boss woman,” the designer told Us. “Power New Yorker.”

Cutouts! Catsuits! Cargo! Hailey Bieber — née Baldwin — is notoriously Hollywood’s It-Girl. The influencer has long been hailed as a fashion icon, even before marrying Justin Bieber in 2018. Together, the couple has slayed at the Met Gala, Grammys and Billboard Music Awards, serving up major #couplegoals. Hailey, however, is still a moment on […]
Although De’banco has not yet dressed Bieber, she hopes the It Girl will wear her magenta power suit — which, if you ask Us, is right up the Rhode founder’s ally. The suit features broad shoulder pads and a bedazzled silhouette that sparkles with every movement. “She’s strong but also has that sexy and playfulness,” De’banco told Us.

The rest of her collection features pastel cutout dresses adorned with feathers, sheer gowns, beaded ensembles, silky blouses and more. De’banco recommends wearing the collection “anywhere.” Despite its party aesthetic, she envisions the line — which she’s sure will “translate season to season — shining in “day to life” life as well as at special dinners.
Da’banco especially hopes to see the collection make its way to the “glamorous” Aspen, Colorado.
“That was the starting point of my design,” she told Us, explaining that winter collections are “a little bit challenging” for her to design, because she’s used to the warm weather in her native, Sydney, Australia. “I am definitely a summer girlie,” she added, noting that the typical ski-cation outfit features extravagant furs and glittery outfits. “Aspen really helped.”
