Holly Willoughby is celebrating her 44th birthday today, (Monday, February 10). With over eight million Instagram followers, Holly receives a flood of admiration for the sneak peeks into her personal life.
Recently, one admirer exclaimed: "You look so beautiful, as always." Another complimented: "You look fantastic in this outfit."
If you've ever been curious about how the celebrated ex-This Morning host preserves her youthful appearance, Holly has occasionally let slip a few secrets, including one nutritious treat she particularly favours.
According to conversations with a source who spoke to the Mirror, Holly is resolved to maintain her trim figure by incorporating foods like chicken, carrots, and hummus in her diet, and is rarely seen without mango – her go-to for curbing sugar cravings, reports Surrey Live.

Mangoes contain over 20 vitamins, offering a plethora of health advantages for the heart, skin, eyes, and immune system.
When discussing the scientific benefits of mangoes, Maya Vadiveloo, Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences at the University of Rhode Island, explained: "Vitamin C is good for immunity. It's an antioxidant so it can help with oxidative stress in the body."
She highlighted that mangoes also provide a significant source of vitamin A and folate, high fibre content aiding in the prevention of colon cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and support in weight management.
The fibre in mangoes can help you feel fuller for longer, hence why Maya emphasised weight control. She explained: "One thing that is nice about mango is that people do combine it with different things, like salsa, and it can be combined with a lot of vegetables. A great way to reduce your total calories is to combine fruits with some of the non-starchy leafy vegetables and make an interesting salad. Or add some mango to your fish."

Dietician Carly Sedlacek said mangoes can also help control your blood pressure. She explained: "Potassium helps fight high blood pressure, which is a major risk factor for heart disease and stroke. Eating mangoes and other potassium-rich foods each day can boost your cardiovascular health."
As Holly turns another year older, she recently reflected on what has been a "tough" year for her. This was after Gavin Plump, who threatened to kidnap and murder her, was given a life sentence with a 16-year minimum term.
She is now back on our screens with Dancing On Ice and a new Netflix series called Celebrity Bear Hunt with Bear Grylls. Speaking about the horrific Plump plot, she told The Sunday Times Style magazine: "You either decide, 'Right, I can take this on board and it can absolutely affect all aspects of my life.' Or I can make a choice to go, 'Let's focus on everything positive and good, all those important things.'"
