AdvertisementOn the March 3 broadcast of Channel Aâs âTable for 4,â featured veteran actress Kang Bu-ja, who was joined by her close friends Yoon Yoo-sun, Cho Woo-jong, actress Honey Lee shared that she hid her pregnancy during filming.
As a mother raising a 32-month-old daughter, Honey Lee shared, âIâve been watching my niece grow, and I think kids between ages three and six are the cutest. Itâs a shame that I havenât been able to watch my own child grow up because of work.â
Yoon Yoo-sun expressed her surprise, saying, âLee Honeyâs daughter is still very young, but she calls her âMother.ââ Honey Lee explained, âSometimes I use the term âMotherâ myself, and my younger brother also uses it. So my daughter calls me âMother,â and I love hearing it.â
She added, âOne day, while playing, my daughter said, âMother, I feel so dizzy.â It was so endearing to hear such a little child speak like that.â
Kang Bu-ja related to this and shared, âWhen my son was just one year old, he could already say anything. At that time, he told me, âMother, go and get some rest.ââ
AdvertisementHoney Lee also discussed her pregnancy while filming in 2021, admitting she couldnât disclose it as the drama was still airing. âSince the drama was still airing, I couldnât say that I was pregnant,â she confessed, adding that she even performed intense wire action scenes during the early stages of her pregnancy.
Kang Bu-ja playfully commented, âYour daughter must be great at kicking! Babies learn from the experiences they have in the womb.â Lee Honey laughed and responded, âShe really doesnât stay still for even a moment.â

My husband was by my side, cheering me on the whole time. I wanted my baby to hear her fatherâs heartbeat first as soon as she was born.â Recalling a humorous moment during labor, she said, âI even went shopping while I was in labor. Looking back, people told me it was a reckless thing to do. But at the time, I didnât know any better. Since I was already in pain just sitting still, I thought I might as well go out and do something.â
