Bring even more heat to the desert! Hot Pilates founder Shannon Nadj spilled her wellness must-haves with ET right in time for the 2025 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and Stagecoach. 

The fitness guru, who has worked with festivalgoers like Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner, and Shay Mitchell, is known for helping her clients strengthen and tone their muscles, and now she’s taking it up a notch with the four-week long Festival Body Challenge, both on demand and at her heated studio in West Hollywood, California.

"The moves are designed to sculpt your entire body, improve endurance, and enhance flexibility. … Each workout will blend dynamic mat Pilates exercises with strength and low impact cardio to challenge your core, legs, arms and posture," she shares. 

Think: "Twisting sequences designed to support digestion and detoxification and lots of core exercises like teasers, Russian twists, oblique crunches, and plank jacks."

As for the results? "Expect to get crop top ready abs, festival legs, and a backstage body. … You'll be able to move with confidence and energy, just like you're dancing at your favorite festival."

And even if you're not heading to Empire Polo Club in Indio, California to see top artists hit the stage, you can still join in on the fun.  

"Curated playlists will be a key component of every sweat session. We'll be playing high-energy beats to fuel your strength workouts and recovery sessions set to soothing festival-inspired tunes. … We will also provide mood lighting to get you into the spirit," Nadj explains.

If you are making your way to the festival grounds, the celebrity trainer suggests amping up your self-care routine.

"Drink plenty of water, take vitamins, and eat nutrient-dense foods to support your energy and immune system. I like to keep it green with a reusable water bottle and add in LMT electrolytes. Healthy snacks for quick fuel are also a must, and of course, sunscreen, a facial mist, and a tinted lip gloss."
