CLEVELAND, Ohio -- President Donald Trump returns to the U.S. Capitol to deliver a joint address to Congress today at 9 p.m. Eastern. This will be his first such speech since being sworn in for a second term in the White House.

Russia’s war in Ukraine: A proposal for a solution to end the conflict between these two nations is expected tonight, says the Wall Street Journal. This follows a postponed mineral resources deal and a recent meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
