Irish songwriter Hozier will re-issue his debut album for its 10th anniversary.
Merging folk, soul, pop and more, Hozier’s self-titled debut was a colossal success at the first time of asking, with the Irish artist breaking out internationally thanks to powerful singles like ‘Take Me To Church’.
Remarkably, the album was released 10 years ago – so, a celebration is in order.
‘Hozier’ will be re-issued on May 16th, boasting fan favourite cuts like ‘Work Song’, ‘From Eden’ and ‘Someone New’. Bonus cuts ’In The Woods Somewhere’, ‘Run’, ‘Arsonist’s Lullabye’ and ‘My Love Will Never Die’ will be added to the original record.
The vinyl run will be available on a number of variants, including x2 LP custard vinyl, a limited edition x2 LP baby blue vinyl – only available from Hozier’s store and a US Amazon exclusive x2 LP on olive green. The standard album will also be reissued on cassette.
It’s a busy year for Hozier, who will also headline Reading and Leeds Festival in August.
