Pigs in blankets are my favourite part of a Christmas dinner. These moreish morsels provide a taste experience unmatched by any other item on your plate; a good one nails a combination of textures with succulent sausage wrapped in crispy bacon.It’s a mouthful of flavour, with hints of saltiness and smokiness that you just don’t get from a slice of turkey.
