Gino D'Acampo and Gordon Ramsay reportedly had a huge falling out on the set of ITV show Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip. The This Morning star stunned fans back in 2023 when he announced he was not going to "film any more" road trips.

Gino cited contract disputes as the issue - as well as "behind the scenes" problems. Scots star Gordon didn't appear in the next ITV series Gino and Fred Sirieix were involved in - Emission Impossible, released in December - which further fuelled the feud rumours.

Gino, who has been accused of "distressing and sexually inappropriate" behaviour in an ITV News investigation, denied the feud allegations at the time. But reports suggested that his decision to leave the show "blindsided" his co-stars.

A source at the time claimed that Gino’s exit came as a shock to "everybody connected" to the show. They told Mail Online: "As far as bosses were concerned, talks were ongoing and a settlement was in reach.

"Contract negotiations are always difficult because of the trio's schedules so the filming window where they can actually get the three of them together is pretty tight. But clearly Gino has lost patience and pulled out."

But still Gino was quick to dismiss rumours of a rift, as he hinted at another chapter of their hit series, stating: "Gordon text me yesterday saying 'How are you buddy?' And I just spent five days with Fred on holiday in Sardinia. We love doing it and it's very much on the cards. We want to do Australia next."

Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip was produced by Gordon Ramsay's own company, Studio Ramsay, which was founded in 2018. During an appearance on GMB in 2023, Gino claimed that production dates had been moved about so much that he'd had no choice.

He added he and Fred had kept that May free for filming, only to be told at the last minute that the schedule had changed, despite being told in January that they would have work for the month.

He said: "I love the boys, we have a great friendship, that is not the problem. As I said in the video it's the contracts. Sometimes they get very overcomplicated and the main one was about the dates, trying to get the dates together.

"We tried and got the dates and then the dates got cancelled, then we started with other dates but they got cancelled again. Then I thought, 'You know what? I can't do this any more, this has become too stressful, I don't wanna do this'."

Ramsay has never publicly addressed the claims of a feud, which come as D'Acampo faces multiple accusations of "sexually inappropriate" behaviour. An ITV News investigation revealed last night that multiple people have shared experiences they claim were "unacceptable," "distressing," and "horrendous", which are alleged to have occurred while working alongside the celebrity chef during a period of more than 12 years.

It's reported that those involved were apprehensive about potential repercussions should they reveal their claims about the celebrity chef. Gino has "firmly denied" the allegations raised by "dozens" of people, stating the claims are "deeply upsetting".

In response to the controversy, ITV has cancelled two episodes of Gino's Italy: Secrets of the South, which were scheduled to broadcast from 6pm to 7pm on Sunday on ITVBe; they'll be replaced by Abbey Clancy: Celebrity Homes.

Furthermore, there are reports that Family Fortunes won't air as planned and ITV News suggests that episodes shot in 2023 will be shelved indefinitely.

Gino's legal team has responded to the claims, saying: "This allegation from almost 15 years ago has never, until now via a media request for comment, been raised or put to Mr D'Acampo. He does not recall it, nor accept that this happened. Mr D'Acampo is horrified to be accused of 'power play' and an 'aggressive act'. He emphatically and unequivocally denies these allegations."

Gino himself addressed the accusations in an interview with ITV News, stating: "I have been told by ITN news that allegations have been made about me acting inappropriately, some dating back over ten years ago.

"I have never been made aware of these matters previously and the allegations are firmly denied. I would not do anything that I thought would upset or distress anyone. This is simply not in my nature. I do not recognise the version of events being put to me."

He further added: "Not only have these allegations never been raised with me before, I have been repeatedly supported by executives at the highest level and was commissioned on prime-time programmes during the period in which it is now suggested I was acting inappropriately.

"I am a father, husband and have worked with well over 1,500 people on around 80 productions in my career, which I have been so proud of. I take such matters extremely seriously and the suggestion that I have acted in an improper way against is deeply upsetting."
