Expectant mum Kelsey Parker has shared that her late husband Tom Parker continues to be a significant part of their lives, and her current partner Will Lindsay would never want her to stop talking about him. In an exclusive reveal, year old Kelsey, 33, and her beau Will announced they're expecting their first child together, joining Kelsey's two children with Tom. The family makes it a point to keep Tom's memory alive by openly discussing him and displaying his photos around their home. .
Tom, who was a member of The Wanted and tragically passed away from a brain tumour three years ago, lived in the same house that Kelsey and 27 year old Will now share for eight months before his passing. The couple is committed to preserving his memory, particularly for the sake of their children, Aurelia, five, and Bodhi, four.

"Tom and I had a house before, which we had the kids and got married in," Kelsey shares. "We moved into my current home in September 2021, and Tom only had eight months in this place, but I feel like he picked it for me. Will gradually moved in. There wasn't a specific date, but he moved in when it felt right for all of us. Right now, we don't have any plans to move elsewhere and we've made this our home."
Kelsey's home is filled with touching tributes to her late husband, who hailed from Bolton. Among the cherished items is a striking black-and-white framed photo of Tom, whom Kelsey married in 2018 and shared life with until his untimely death.
A gold disc is also proudly displayed on the wall, bearing the inscription: "A celebration of Tom Parker and The Wanted. Presented to Kelsey Parker. 5,000 Global Sales. Always Remembered", honouring Tom’s accomplishments with his band. Adding a personal touch to their decor, there's an adorable bit of artwork labelled "Best DAD ever - Hand's Down" featuring their child Bodhi's handprints.
Open-hearted about finding new love while holding onto Tom's memory, Kelsey has been candid about her journey through grief and into single motherhood at a young age. "If I dwelled on everything that's happened, I wouldn't be here," she confides. "Tom was my soulmate. I'm still angry he's gone. But I can't live in sadness. Tom wouldn't want that."

Navigating family expansion with the anticipated arrival of another baby in June, called a "happy accident" by Kelsey, involves gently preparing their children Aurelia and Bodhi for a new sibling, and sharing the joyous news with Tom's family. She reveals Tom's mum Noreen immediately gave her blessing, overjoyed at the prospect of welcoming another grandchild.
"All I care about is that both our families and Tom's family are happy. Noreen is the most amazing lady. After Tom passed, she said to me, 'As long as you're happy Kels, whatever you do, we will always support you and be happy for you.' We've all been through so much together. But I'm here and bringing another baby into the world."
Despite finding love again with Will, Kelsey insists that Tom remains a significant part of their lives, not just for the children, and that Will would never want them to stop talking about him. "Will once said he never wants me to not talk about Tom," she shared.

"He talks about him and loves hearing stories about him. There's a massive picture of Tom upstairs. He walked past it once, smiled at me and went, 'Oh, he's handsome though, isn't he? ". Discussing how he's navigated joining a family who have experienced loss, Will acknowledges why it's crucial to keep Tom's memory very much alive, "Tom was a massive part of Kelsey's life.," he says. "They were together for over 13 years and had two beautiful children, so it's normal to talk about him a lot. I think it would be weird if we didn't."
Their spacious home in South East London certainly has ample room for another little one, with plenty of cosy corners for Kelsey and Will to enjoy their newborn cuddles. And they can't wait for them to begin. "I'm over the moon," exclaims Will. "This is something I've wanted for a long time. I couldn't be happier and I know Kelsey is going to be an amazing mum, as she already is."
