The Western-inspired speakeasy enforces a strict no-cellphone policy, requiring guests to check their devices at the host stand or leave them behind in their cabins.
The rule, designed to âprotect the privacy of guests,â is heavily enforced. In case of emergencies or âessential matters,â diners may use a house phone, according to Page Six.
Gaining access to the space is no simple feat either. Guests enter Auric Room 1915 through a hidden doorway, which requires a âconfidentialâ code to unlock. Inside, the space features plush private booths, a cozy bar, a private kitchen, and a cigar terrace with sweeping views of the snow-covered resort.

The venueâs guidelines are just as exclusive as its ambiance.
Guests must adhere to a strict dress code that bans ripped denim, sneakers, hoodies, baseball caps, beanies, and all forms of athleisure or ski gear. Men must wear long pants, and in cooler months, long-sleeved collared shirts or sweaters are required.
During the summer, collared T-shirts are permitted. Those who donât meet the style standards may be denied entry at the discretion of the front desk. The handbook encourages âsophisticated Western attireâ to maintain the roomâs âexclusivity and historical charm.â

Beyond the privacy and allure, Auric Room 1915 is also known for its upscale comfort cuisine.
Fan favorites include grilled cheese and tomato soup, a wedge salad, an indulgent A5 wagyu beef âsando,â and the signature Auric Big Mak with âspecial sauce.â More refined offerings range from a bluefin tuna trio with O-Toro, Chu-Toro, and Akame to a decadent $72 Maine lobster pappardelle dish.
For those with extravagant taste, the caviar service includes blini, chips, and traditional accouterments.

Signature cocktails include the Midnight Cowboy, made with fat-washed reposado tequila and crystallized espresso, The 1915 Julep with cognac and pear liqueur, and The Gold Rush with vodka, house apple cider, maple syrup, egg whites, and lemon. Each drink is crafted with the same meticulous attention to detail as the menu itself.
An insider shared this week that Swift and Kelce are âclose friendsâ with Andrews, who joined them for the private meal. âTravis even jokingly credits Erin with encouraging Taylor to date him,â the source added. âTheyâre all good friends.â
