Jang Ryul Is A Charming Playboy Who Tries To Steal Go Ara’s Heart In New Drama
Upcoming TVING drama “The Scandal of Chunhwa” (working title) has unveiled the first stills of Jang Ryul!
“The Scandal of Chunhwa” is a historical romance drama that tells the story of Princess Hwa Ri (Go Ara) who, after experiencing the heartbreak of her first love, declares her intention to choose her future husband herself. Her groundbreaking decision throws the royal palace into turmoil and entangles her with two men: Choi Hwan (Jang Ryul), the city’s most notorious playboy, and Jang Won (SF9’s Chani), the city’s most eligible bachelor.
Jang Ryul plays Choi Hwan, one of Hwa Ri’s suitors. Choi Hwan is the only son of the wealthiest merchant in the city and a notorious playboy. Not only is he incredibly rich, but he is also charming, using his smooth words to captivate women from all walks of life.
In the newly released stills, Choi Hwan, true to his reputation as a playboy, exudes an irresistible charm. He stands out in vibrant silk robes and an ornate gat string, befitting his status. His gaze, a mix of warmth and effortless confidence, draws viewers in the longer they look. Viewers are curious to find out whether Choi Hwan will be able to win over Princess Hwa Ri's heart.
