Jason and Kylie Kelce are busier than ever.
As the couple await the arrival of their fourth daughter, Jason, 37, travels weekly as an analyst on Monday Night Countdown and just started hosting his new ESPN show They Call It Late Night with Jason Kelce on Jan. 3, not to mention the myriad of other brand partnerships he regularly criss-crosses the U.S. to promote.
Kylie, 32, meanwhile, appeared on the new late-night show and dropped the first episode of her podcast Not Gonna Lie on Dec. 5 (to rave reviews and the top spot on Apple and Spotify's podcast charts).
Still, the busy couple have found a way to balance their ever-changing personal and professional lives.
"We don't travel as much with the girls," Jason tells PEOPLE. "We go back and forth because we want them to travel and experience things. At the same time, they're so young," says the former Philadelphia Eagle, noting that it's hard for Wyatt Elizabeth, 5, Elliotte Ray, 3, and Bennett Llewellyn, 22 months, to "really appreciate it on a meaningful level."

"We've done Disney with them a few times and they definitely love that," Jason continues. "When we're around, we try and we watch movies sometimes, which we know that they enjoy."

The Monday Night Countdown analyst says he's "always been a big cards fan" and enjoys playing card games with the girls.
"We like 'War' and we just learned this game, 'Trash,' that they're really into, 'Go Fish.' And then right now they've had so many toys from Santa Claus that we've been knee-deep in all that. So yeah, I mean, we just try and play and have fun."
The daughters of a retired NFL star and a former field hockey player, the Kelce girls are "getting old enough that they're into sports now," too, says their dad. "So, they're riding bikes and doing gymnastics," he shares.

"I want to get them back out on the ice this year because I like ice skating. So it'd be awesome to do some ice skating before the season passes, and want to get them into baseball this year."
"Of course, field hockey," Jason adds.
"They already have the little sticks. But yeah, field hockey and lacrosse or two sports that I love, but they're not quite old enough for that yet. But we got the mini sticks and don't mess around with them."
