Jenna Bush Hager’s Husband Admits She’s Given Him “The Ick” â And Reveals Her Unsavory Habit He’s Turned Off By

The truth comes out! Jenna Bush Hager and her husband Henry Hagerâs relationship was put to the test on Fridayâs Today with Jenna & Friends, where they both strapped into a âLie Detector Duel.â
Operated by John Grogan, the test posed yes or no questions about Jenna and Henry to each other in order to test whether or not they were telling the truth.
âHenry, have I ever given you the ick?â Jenna asked her husband, who earnestly replied, âYes.â
The answer immediately registered as being truthful according to the lie detector.
âWhen did I give you the ick?â Jenna asked.
Henry admitted, âSometimes in the morning, you know, you might wanna brush your teeth.â
Jenna exclaimed, âThat is so rude! OK, Iâm gonna remember that in the next one.â
The questions only got more intense, as Henry asked Jenna if she had been ânervous at all [that] he would be a good co-hostâ on Today.
âYes,â Jenna answered.
When the answer was deemed true by the lie detector, Henry said heâs âa natural.â

She was able to get back at him when she asked if he still has âanything from an exâ of his, which he confirmed.
âIâm a Boy Scout, I tell the truth,â Henry teased.
As for what he still has from his ex, Henry shared, âPictures, maybe? I donât know⦠letters?⦠I donât know where they are.â
When it came time for Henryâs turn to ask Jenna a question, he inquired as to whether she has ever âintentionally ghostedâ him, which she admitted to.
âI didnât ghost,â she clarified. âI just want some boundaries around how fast I have to reply.â
Henry understood, telling his wife, âThatâs fair.â
The couple, who took the entire test in stride, were both asked the following question to conclude the test: âAfter doing this segment, do you love each other even more?â
Henry was up first to answer, and after replying âyes,â his response was revealed to be a lie.
âYou moved! Try it again,â Jenna insisted while laughing. However, his answer was still deemed a lie after another go through the lie detector.
âDo we regret this?â she teased.
Nonetheless, Jenna said she did love her husband more after the segment, which was registered as true. She quipped, âAnybody else want to use this machine? Seems to do wonders, you know, for relationships.â
They then decided to take a risk by asking if they âwill stay married.â After both answering yes, their responses were deemed to be true.
âWe needed a happy ending, you know what Iâm saying?â Jenna remarked.
