There’s no denying Jennifer Lopez can glam it up like nobody’s business. However, I actually find myself wanting to copy more of her laidback style moments. She’s single-handedly made me purchase multiple lounge sets and drawstring baggy jeans—so it’s really no wonder that I’m obsessing over the cozy cool-girl shoes she’s been wearing on repeat.
The shoes in question? They bear a pretty similar likeness to the Ugg Classic Ultra Mini New Heights Boots, which Lopez has worn before. During a recent trip to Aspen, Lopez was spotted not once, not twice, but three times in the platform style beloved by everyone from Kylie Jenner to Selena Gomez. The cozy suede and heeled platform soles were the perfect companion to a host of après-ski look. First, she paired them with a cozy teddy coat, red flannel, and ripped jeans. Then, she opted for a festive cardigan over a white cable-knit sweater and seamed jeans. And, finally, she teamed the boots with a sleek white puffer coat, dark jeans, and knit hat.

I found a variety of platform boots and clogs similar to the ones Lopez can’t stop wearing, and they start at just $45 on Amazon. If you’re into the singer’s laidback-snowy-chic looks as much as I am, you’ll definitely want to keep scrolling.

Truth be told, these platform boots were in my shopping cart the minute I spotted Lopez in her lookalikes. Not to mention, the mini silhouette has been worn by Nicole Kidman, Kelly Ripa, and countless other celebs. They’re designed in soft suede and lined in the brand’s signature, ultra-cozy shearling, with 2.75-inch platform lug soles. They come in three colors, including chestnut, black, and a gray-like green, and sizes 5 through 12. Shoppers said these boots “fit like a glove and are easy to walk in” and are “so comfortable and warm.”

It’s no secret clogs are controversial, but with devotees like Sarah Jessica Parker, my feelings are firmly favorable. These Ugg clogs are the clog version of the brand’s platform boots; they’re designed with the same soft suede and plush lining, come in the same colors and sizes, and have slightly lower 2-inch platform heels. They’re finished with stitched detailing and a higher heel collar to keep your feet firmly inside the shoes whether you’re indoors or out. One shopper in a snowy climate said the clogs keep their feet “warm and dry, and the lifted sole lets [them] wear them even after it snows.”

If you love the look of Uggs, but are a bit wary of the price point, these suede clogs are a great alternative. Enter these suede clogs, which have padded collars, soft furry lining, comfortable foam insoles, and—the pièce de résistance—rubber platform soles, of course. They come in chestnut brown and black, and sizes 5 through 12, with half sizes. Shoppers said they’re “warm and very sturdy” and the interior “feels silky and plush.”

There are platforms and then there are platforms. This clog-boot hybrid falls solidly in the latter camp, thanks to majorly high platform heels—2-inch heels and 2-inch platforms, to be exact. I’m all for versatility with my footwear, and with a silhouette that can be worn mid-calf or folded over to ankle height, these platform boots offer that in spades. They’re crafted in faux suede with faux fur lining, and feature chunky faux wood heels with non-slip rubber soles. I’m definitely eyeing the dark green, but they also come in five other colors, including khaki, black, and gray, and sizes 4.5 through 11. They’ve racked up hundreds of five-star ratings; happy shoppers said they could “walk around in them for hours” and they “look great with leggings.”

“The Tyrant’s Chef” tells the story of a chef who, at the peak of her career, time travels to the past. There, she meets a king known as the worst tyrant, but also the ultimate gourmet. The drama will be directed by Jang Tae Yoo, who has previously helmed hit dramas such as “My Love from the Star,” “Lovers of the Red Sky,” and “Knight Flower.”
Previously, Girls’ Generation’s YoonA was offered the role of the tyrant’s chef, while Park Sung Hoon was in talks to play the male lead. However, in late December, Park Sung Hoon was embroiled in a controversy that led to the decision to step down from the drama, despite multiple apologies from the actor and his agency.
After leaving a strong impression in tvN's hit drama Crash Course in Romance, Lee Chae Min landed the lead role in the Netflix original series Hierarchy. This year, he is also set to star as the main character in MBC's upcoming Friday-Saturday drama Bunny and the Boys.
