Jennifer Lopez Romance With Kevin Costner May Be Brewing: Report

Actress and singer Jennifer Lopez and actor Kevin Costner are developing a closer relationship, and a romance could be brewing, according to a January 11 report by Closer Online UK.
The publication claims, via anonymous sourcing, that Lopez and Costner have been âtalking pretty much every dayâ since they were photographed at the same establishment in Aspen, Colorado, over the holidays. That photo set off a round of speculation among fans, with one calling Lopez and Costner âKenniferâ on Instagram, a play on the âBenniferâ term used to describe Lopez and her now ex-husband Ben Affleck.
âI love this one! Make it happen ASAP lol,â another fan wrote on the comment thread of the site that shared the photo, Deux Moi.
Lopez, 55, recently finalized her divorce from Affleck. Costner, 70, has been divorced twice.
âAt the moment things are still at the very beginning stages, but after they hung out in Aspen he made sure to send her a huge bouquet of her favourite flowers with a little handwritten note along with a magnum of champagne,â the source told Closer.
âSince then, theyâve been talking pretty much every day, and the plan is to get together for dinner in the next couple of weeks, when their schedules line up,â the source noted to the publication.

The source told Closer that Costner fits the kind of man Lopez is looking for.
âKevin has a lot of the qualities sheâs looking for in her next man. Heâs incredibly successful and heâs someone that commands a huge amount of respect in the industry and among all their peers. Having him on her arm would make a big statement â and it doesnât hurt that Ben has always spoken very highly of Kevin,â the source told Closer Online UK.
The source added, âOf course dating Kevin would come with a lot of attention for her. Heâs something of a Hollywood icon so linking up with him would be great for her image.â
âKevin is also very much a gentleman and loves to flash the cash, so dates with him will mean private jets and the best of everything, which certainly appeals to her as well,â the source told Closer.

Affleck said on the podcast that Lopez showed him a âclip off of Instagramâ showing Reilly speaking about âways to become rich,â and commented, âI love this story of these two.â

In response to the report, Lee Chae Min's agency GOLDMEDALIST confirmed, Lee Chae Min received an offer [to star in] 'The Tyrant's Chef' and is reviewing the offer positively.
âThe Tyrantâs Chefâ tells the story of a chef who, at the peak of her career, time travels to the past. There, she meets a king known as the worst tyrant, but also the ultimate gourmet. The drama will be directed by Jang Tae Yoo, who has previously helmed hit dramas such as âMy Love from the Star,â âLovers of the Red Sky,â and âKnight Flower.â
Previously, Girlsâ Generationâs YoonA was offered the role of the tyrantâs chef, while Park Sung Hoon was in talks to play the male lead. However, in late December, Park Sung Hoon was embroiled in a controversy that led to the decision to step down from the drama, despite multiple apologies from the actor and his agency.
After leaving a strong impression in tvN's hit drama Crash Course in Romance, Lee Chae Min landed the lead role in the Netflix original series Hierarchy. This year, he is also set to star as the main character in MBC's upcoming Friday-Saturday drama Bunny and the Boys.
