Accompanied by the film's director, Bill Condon, and her co-star, Tonatiuh Elizarraraz, Lopez expressed gratitude and pride for her latest project. "I've been waiting for this moment my whole life," she said tearfully during the premiere at the Eccles Center Theatre in Park City, Utah. Ā

Condon, celebrated for his work on "Chicago" and "Dreamgirls," spoke highly of Lopez: "We don't have many divas in our world anymore, and she plays a Hollywood diva from another era, from the '50s. There's no one else who could have embodied her better." Ā

Lopez turned heads with her stunning ensemble, an homage to the film's themes. She wore a spiderweb-inspired gown adorned with diamonds by Albanian designer Valdrin Sahiti, paired with striking black platform heels, a coordinating handbag, and dazzling Hassanzadeh jewelry. "Kiss of the Spider Woman" is based on the musical adaptation of Manuel Puig's novel, set during Argentina's dictatorship from 1976 to 1983.
